Freezibng regularly. Need to be addressed by the Rocket team

im on port 35944 for 2 hours...no freezing on hd....ch 9491...swamp people lol

What box are you using...I am nano prem se and have had nothing but freezing issues with some days just a fewballnday and days like today freezing every three minutes or sonfornupntonten minutes

Glad to hear its not only me. SD is solid but HD is very inconsistent. It also depends on the channel too... i've noticed ESPN/TNT/HDNET/HBO would be freeze free while others aren't

This is the exact issue I see. It has never been fixed. Its always like this. Most channels can be fine and freeze free while a few can either not tune in at all for any amount of time (5 minutes, 30 minutes, hours) or have lots of freezing. The issue is the server is just not responding with control words after the receiver sends a request. We can say a certain HD channel isnt working or is freezing and by the time someone else goes to check the channel it can be perfectly stable and the problem is on another channel. Its not like the same channels are down or freezing all day long, it jumps around throughout a day. Its a glitch in the iks software that Rocket uses I imagine.

I have tried everything. I even added a fan to make sure that the unit was not running too hot but still freezing. I am on Spike HD right now and it is constantly freezing. I agree with everything that Pimp Twzt has mentioned above this posting. As I am typing this my TV has now got SCRAMBLE CHANNEL.

Spike HD never did come back on after it went to SCRAMBLE CHANNEL but other HD channels seem to be alright. I really wonder what the answer is?
