Error, fail to read config file

my access code is right and the port too cuz i have a coolsat connected using the same access code and port and connect just fine, did you read error result the i post , i think when the rq-sssp.client .x86 trying to connect the serial port on the receiver or computer is shutoff down, i have try other cable but no connection at all from the other cable ,

Not use the same port in 2 receivers........try change the 2 first numbers of port:in one
use 11xxx for second receiver 12xxx.......

I did all that, I type the file name on terminal,I download the file direct to ubuntu and extracted and nothing,

After install ubuntu, did you install updates ?

You service is from NFPS?

With NFPS you able to connect 2 receivers using the same code, only change the port:change the first 2 numbers.....

i know I'm using the other port and other receiver right now ,can you attach a copy of you config file just put xxxx on you aceess code and port so i can try your copy with my access code and port . i maybe my config file the problem.

finally.i figure out and fix it , is working great, the second error that I get for the terminal , it was a driver issues in the serial port on Ubuntu ,cuz in windows the serial port was working fine , so now is working fine
